Billing questions
Straight answers about paying.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan has no card step, and during the beta Plus is granted on us with no payment taken.
How is yearly billed?
Yearly costs 10 months, so 2 months are free. Switch between monthly and yearly in the billing portal.
Who bills me?
Razorpay for Indian households, with cards and UPI. Stripe for the UAE, UK, US, Singapore and Australia. Grownz never sees your card or UPI details.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Your plan. Cancelling stops future charges and what you have paid for runs to the end of its period, then the household returns to Free.
What happens to family seats if I downgrade?
Seats follow the plan. Free has none, so viewers lose access when a paid period ends. Members are not removed until you remove them.
Do prices include tax?
