Billing questions
Straight answers about paying.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every household starts on Free, which has no card step. The first 50 households to apply the early-bird code get Plus free for 12 months, also with no card.
Can I buy Plus or Pro today?
Not yet. Paid plans are built but not switched on, so the plan screen shows the prices and no checkout. When they open, this page and the changelog will say so.
How is yearly billed?
Yearly costs 10 months, so 2 months are free. Monthly or yearly is a choice you make when paid plans open.
Who will bill me?
When paid plans open: Razorpay for Indian households, in rupees, with cards and UPI; Stripe for the UAE, UK, US, Singapore and Australia, in US dollars. Grownz never sees your card or UPI details.
What happens when a plan ends?
A paid plan will run to the end of the period paid for, then the household returns to Free. An early-bird year simply ends; nothing renews on its own, and you keep everything you entered.
What happens to family seats if I downgrade?
Seats follow the plan. Free has none, so viewers lose access when a paid period ends. Members are not removed until you remove them.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown before any tax that applies in your country. When paid plans open, the full amount is shown before you pay.
Is there a refund?
No payment has been taken from any household yet, so no refund can arise today. The Refund and Cancellation policy in the legal hub will carry the terms before paid plans open.
Can only the household owner change the plan?
Yes. Only the owner can apply a code, and only the owner will be able to start checkout or cancel when paid plans open.
