Who we are
Grownz is operated by Betser Life Private Limited (CIN U72900KL2021PTC067108, GSTIN 32AAJCB5847N1Z9), Mar Ivanios Vidya Nagar Institutions, TC 14/2608, CCCIET-B-HUB, Mar Ivanios Vidya Nagar, Nalanchira, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695015, India ("Grownz", "we"). These terms govern your use of the Grownz application at app.grownz.ai and of this website.
The service
Grownz is a personal-finance and life-admin tool. It records what you enter, computes figures from it, and shows scenarios. It does not hold your money, move money, or give financial advice. See the Financial Disclaimer.
Your account and household
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure. You must be 18 or older. A household is created when you finish setting up; you may invite others as members or viewers, and you are responsible for what you choose to share with them.
Acceptable use
You agree to the Acceptable Use policy. In short: use Grownz for your own household's finances, do not attempt to access another household's data, and do not upload unlawful content.
Plans, codes and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Plus and Pro are paid plans at the prices shown on the pricing page: in Indian rupees for households in India and in US dollars everywhere else, monthly or yearly. Paid plans are not on sale yet. When they open, payment will be taken by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (elsewhere), only the household owner will be able to change the plan, and a plan you have paid for will run to the end of its period. Grownz may grant a paid plan free for a period through a code, such as the early-bird code: a grant is not a purchase, nothing renews on its own, and when it ends the household returns to Free with everything it entered. Grownz may withdraw a grant with notice. See the Refund and Cancellation policy.
Your content
You own what you enter and upload. You grant Grownz the rights needed to store, process and display it to your household as the service requires. Grownz does not sell your data.
AI on your own key
If you supply an Anthropic API key, you authorise Grownz to send derived figures and any receipt you select to Anthropic on your behalf, under Anthropic's terms. You are responsible for the charges on that key. Grownz stores the key sealed and does not store the model's outputs.
Availability and changes
Grownz is provided as is during the beta. We may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Grownz is not liable for decisions you make based on figures or scenarios it shows, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including the rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Ending your account
You may stop using Grownz at any time, and you can delete your account yourself from Your data in the app: your data, your files and your sign-in are erased at once. You can also ask bt@grownz.ai to delete it for you. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
the laws of India, with the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala having jurisdiction.
