Who we are

Grownz is operated by [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name], [PLACEHOLDER: registered address] ("Grownz", "we"). These terms govern your use of the Grownz application at the app address linked from this site and of this website.

The service

Grownz is a personal-finance and life-admin tool. It records what you enter, computes figures from it, and shows scenarios. It does not hold your money, move money, or give financial advice. See the Financial Disclaimer.

Your account and household

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure. A household is created on your first visit; you may invite others as members or viewers, and you are responsible for what you choose to share with them.

Acceptable use

You agree to the Acceptable Use policy. In short: use Grownz for your own household's finances, do not attempt to access another household's data, and do not upload unlawful content.

Plans, payment and cancellation

The Free plan costs nothing. Plus and Pro are paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (elsewhere) at the prices shown on the pricing page in your household currency. Only the household owner can change the plan. You may cancel at any time; what you have paid for runs to the end of its period. See the Refund and Cancellation policy. During the beta, Grownz may grant paid entitlements without charge and may withdraw such grants with notice.

Your content

You own what you enter and upload. You grant Grownz the rights needed to store, process and display it to your household as the service requires. Grownz does not sell your data.

AI on your own key

If you supply an Anthropic API key, you authorise Grownz to send derived figures and any receipt you select to Anthropic on your behalf, under Anthropic's terms. You are responsible for the charges on that key. Grownz stores the key sealed and does not store the model's outputs.

Availability and changes

Grownz is provided as is during the beta. We may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Grownz is not liable for decisions you make based on figures or scenarios it shows, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [PLACEHOLDER: liability cap and consumer-law carve-outs per market]
