Where things stand
Paid plans are not on sale yet, so no payment has been taken from any household and no refund can arise today. Refund terms for paid plans will be published here before paid plans open.
Codes and grants
Early-bird and promotion codes give a plan free for a period. A grant is not a purchase and carries no refund. Nothing renews on its own: when the period ends the household returns to Free and keeps everything it entered.
Cancelling, when paid plans open
The household owner will be able to cancel from Plan and billing at any time. Cancelling will stop future charges; access to the paid plan will continue to the end of the period already paid for, then the household returns to Free. Family seats follow the plan.
Payment providers
Payments will be processed by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (elsewhere). Refunds, where they apply, will be returned to the original payment method through the same provider and can take several days to appear.
